HiCleaners arrived at a roof cleaning job in Stoneham, MA. When we arrived, we noticed there was a lot of fragile flowers and plants around the garage roof-line area that may be damaged if intensive solution is used around them. Our roof cleaning solution is an intensive solution that removes moss and debris from the roof. Our customer was very adamant on making sure that the plants were protected and said that they did not want the service if they felt that the plants would be damaged in the process. HiCleaners assured the customer that all flowers would be covered and the technician covered each plant before adding the solution to the roof. After the solution was applied, the area was flushed thoroughly with water to ensure any remaining solution is deep in the ground. The customer was very thankful that we took the time to protect what matters to them.
